Uji is Japan’s most famous matcha region, and our Uji matcha shows why. It’s vibrant green, smooth, and naturally sweet, with the clean umami you want in a cup whisked traditionally or in a matcha latte. Hojicha is the cozy counterpart. The leaves are roasted, which gives it a toasty, nutty, caramel-like flavor with very little bitterness. It’s also lower in caffeine than matcha, which makes it a good evening cup.
